CAN I EDIT MY RETURN BOOKING?

Returns booked for a gift card, standard refund or standard exchange can be changed up until the return has been processed. Please reach out to us here to update the return booking. Instant refund and instant exchange bookings are unable to be change

I EXPERIENCED AN ISSUE WITH MY RETURN LABEL, HOW DO I FIX THIS?

The return label may present an error if the original shipping address cannot be validated. To fix this, head to your return confirmation email and select 'View Return Label'. At the bottom of the page, you can edit your address. Check the following:

MY ORDER ISN'T APPEARING IN MY ACCOUNT, HOW SHOULD I SUMBIT MY RETURN?

It's possible a different email was used at checkout. Customers can continue booking a return here and by directly entering the order number and postcode.

MY RETURN LABEL HAS EXPIRED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the parcel has been shipped, rest assured the return will be processed as normal as long all items are unwashed, unworn and in original condition. If the parcel has yet to be shipped, customers can contact us here to receive a new return label.
