WHERE CAN I FIND MY RETURN LABEL?
AU & NZ customers will receive a return label via email once a return is booked here. Be sure to check your spam/junk inboxes and search the email subject: Princess Polly Return. Your label can be accessed by selecting the black box marked 'Download
MY RETURN LABEL HAS EXPIRED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your parcel has been shipped, rest assured your return will be processed as normal as long as your items are unwashed, unworn and in original condition. If your parcel is yet to be shipped, you can contact us here to receive a new return label.
I EXPERIENCED AN ISSUE WITH MY RETURN LABEL, HOW DO I FIX THIS?
A return label may present an error if the original shipping address cannot be validated. To fix this, you can navigate to your return confirmation email and select 'Download Return Label'. At the bottom of the page, the address can be updated. Check
HOW DO I BOOK AN INSTANT REFUND IF I'M UNDER 18 OR DON'T HAVE AN AUSTRALIAN ID?
To be eligible for an instant refund, you must be over the age of 18 and have a valid Australian identification. You can book an alternative return option, including a standard refund, gift card or exchange, here without identification.
I RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A GIFT, HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Gift givers can create a gift receipt here, and once created, the receiver will be provided with a link via email to book an exchange (AU only) or a gift card return.
