If the parcel has been shipped, rest assured the return will be processed as normal as long all items are unwashed, unworn and in original condition. If the parcel has yet to be shipped, customers can contact us here to receive a new return label.
The return label may present an error if the original shipping address cannot be validated. To fix this, customers can navigate to their return confirmation email and select 'View Return Label'. At the bottom of the page, the address can be updated.
