MY ORDER NUMBER CANNOT BE FOUND WHEN BOOKING A RETURN.Updated 3 days ago

You will be prompted to sign in to your Princess Polly account, which pre-fills your order details required for the return. If the order cannot be located in your account, a different email may have been used at checkout. 

Alternatively, you can book a return here (Australia & rest of world) and here (New Zealand) by entering your order number starting with #AU or XAU and your postcode entered at checkout.

If your order number includes US, you can book a return on our US website here.
