Customers are prompted to sign in to their Princess Polly account which pre-fills the order details required for the return. If the order cannot be located in the account, a different email may have been used at checkout.
Alternatively, a return can be booked here by entering the order number starting with #AU and the postcode entered at checkout.
If the order number starts with #US, a return can be booked on our US website here.
