MY CARD HAS BEEN CANCELLED, WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Yes, instant refunds will be issued to your nominated bank account linked to your Refundid account. You can use the instant refund to pay off any outstanding payment plans with Klarna, Zip or Afterpay without the hassle of late fees.
I RETURNED FOR A GIFT CARD, WHY IS MY KLARNA OR AFTERPAY PLAN STILL BEING DEDUCTED?
If you've opted to receive a gift card, no refund will be issued, as the payment plan is now paying off the gift card. Our gift cards aren't refundable, but they are valid for 4 years. Plenty of time to find something else you'll love!
WHEN WILL MY EXCHANGE BE SHIPPED?
Standard exchanges are processed once the return tracking indicates the parcel is in transit to Princess Polly. Instant exchanges are processed immediately once the return booking has been confirmed and require a $1 hold at submission.
