CAN I INCLUDE MULTIPLE RETURNS IN ONE PARCEL?

We require all return bookings to be sent individually. This is to ensure in-transit processing events are triggered where applicable.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RETURN LABEL?

AU and NZ customers will receive a return label via email once the return booking has been finalized here. All other international customers are required to arrange postage with their local post office.

WHAT IS THE RETURN ADDRESS?

CAN I EDIT MY RETURN BOOKING?

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?

Once the order has arrived, customers have 30 days to initiate their return here and ship the parcel back to us.

CAN I RETURN WITHOUT MY ORDER CARD?

Yes, customers can include a written copy of the order number in the parcel.

CAN I RETURN WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
