INSTANT REFUNDS WITH REFUNDID (AU ONLY)

- Processed instantly to a nominated bank account.

- Not eligible for exchange orders or purchases made with a gift card.

- If the return is not posted within 7 business days, Refundid will reverse the instant refund.

STANDARD REFUNDS

- Processed to the original payment method used to place the order once received back to Princess Polly.

- Once issued, standard refunds take 2-5 business days to reach the original payment method.

- If a combination of gift card and card/PayPal/Afterpay/Klarna has been used, the refund will be processed back onto the gift card and any remaining balance is returned to the alternative payment method.
