Instant refunds (AU Only)

• Processed instantly to your nominated bank account
• Not eligible for exchange orders or purchases made with a gift card
• If your return is not posted within 7 days, Refundid will reverse the instant refund

Standard refunds

• Processed to your original payment method used to place the order, once received by Princess Polly.
• Once issued, standard refunds take 2-5 business days to reach your original payment method. 
• If you've used a combination of a gift card and an alternative payment method, the refund will be processed back onto the gift card and any remaining balance is returned to the alternative payment method.
