WHY IS MY TRACKING SHOWING AN ESTIMATE OUTSIDE OF THE DELIVERY WINDOW?Updated 14 days ago

The delivery estimate on your tracking will indicate the latest possible delivery date, and will update as the parcel travels through local sorting facilities. 

Rest assured, the parcel shouldn't arrive outside of the delivery time frame provided on our Shipping Policy unless it's travelling to a regional location or has experienced an unforeseen delay. 

If there are no tracking updates after: 

  • 5 business days - Express Australia 
  • 8 business days - Express International 
  • 10 business days - Standard International
