The delivery estimate on the tracking will indicate the latest possible delivery date, however, this estimate will update as the parcel travels through local sorting facilities.
Rest assured, the parcel shouldn't arrive outside of the delivery time frame provided on our Shipping Policy unless it's travelling to a regional location or has experienced an unforeseen delay.
If there are no tracking updates after:
5 business days - Express Australia
8 business days - Express International
10 business days - Standard International
