The credit shown when booking a product exchange must be used right away.
If the exchange has not been booked and confirmed, the credit will disappear and can be reinstated by starting a new exchange booking here.
Customers wishing to keep their credit for a future purchase can opt for a gift card return instead which will be issued as a code to use for up to 3 years.
