MY TRACKING HAS UPDATED TO "DELIVERED" BUT I CAN'T LOCATE MY PARCEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?Updated 2 months ago

Our couriers offer a no signature delivery service. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location. 

We recommend checking the following delivery locations: 

- In the letterbox. 

- Around the front of the home (behind bins, pot plants, fences, in garden beds and under door mats). 

- Any applicable mail rooms, reception desks and building lobbies. 

We also suggest checking with all members of the household, building managers and neighbours in case they have the parcel for safekeeping. If there is still no sign of the parcel, please contact us here so we can investigate further with the courier.
