I PLACED AN ORDER TO THE UNITED STATES, CAN I RETURN IN STORE?Updated 9 days ago

All orders placed through the AU site must be shipped to our returns facility. AU orders are not eligible for return in store in the US. 

All customers must book their return here prior to shipping the parcel back to us. 

Customers can return to our local US return address: 

Princess Polly Returns 5026 Chino Hills Pkwy, Chino Hills, CA 91710 

Be sure to include a copy of the order number in the parcel and hold onto the tracking number until the return is processed.
