HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?Updated 9 days ago

If you are AU & NZ based, you will receive a return label at the final stage of your return booking. All other customers will receive a return shipping address once booked. 

Steps to return once booked: 

1. Ensure your items being returned match the return booking and are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition & packaging.
2. Package items for return and include a copy of your order number. Reuse the Princess Polly satchel or any other bag or box available. 
3. If a return label was provided, print and tape this to the parcel, covering any previous shipping labels. No printer? The post office can print the label.
4. Lodge your return at the post office*. If no return label is provided, ship the return to one of our return facilities listed here.

*If the return label was printed, the parcel can be dropped into any local post office box.
