HOW DO I GAIN AND LOSE REWARD POINTS?Updated 15 days ago

You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent, but you can earn extra points by ticking off your Reward Point to-do List!

Some things to note:

• Returning for a refund will deduct from the point balance
• Returning for a gift card or exchange will keep the points earned
• You must be logged into your account to earn points
• You will retain your tier status for 12 months. After this time, if no new points are earned, a new tier status will apply

For example:

1/1/2023: Jane is in Front Row and has 300 points. Jane will stay in Front Row until 1/1/2024.

During these 12 months, if Jane earns a minimum of 300 points, she will remain in Front Row.

If Jane earns 300 or less points, she will move back to General Admission on 2/1/2024.

If, however, Jane earns 400+ points before 1/1/2024, she will move up into VIP, and her 12 months will reset on this new date.

Essentially, your points can expire after 12 months; however, once you reach a new tier, you are guaranteed to remain in this tier for 1 year (unless you level up).

*New points are not issued when your gift card or exchange is issued/redeemed.
