If the parcel hasn't been shipped, customers can include a written copy of the order number in the parcel instead.
If the parcel has been shipped, not to worry, the return label provided to AU & NZ based customers is linked to the order so we'll know who the return belongs to.
If you didn't use our return label, please reach out to our team here with the order number, what the parcel looks like and the tracking number.
