If you haven't shipped your parcel back yet, you can include a written copy of your order number inside the parcel instead.

If you've shipped your parcel already, rest assured, the return label provided to AU & NZ based customers is linked to the order, so we'll know the return belongs to you. 

If you didn't use our return label, please reach out to our team here with your order number, what the parcel looks like and the tracking number.
