Yes! All standard refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We recommend logging into Afterpay, Klarna or Zip Pay to view the final plan adjustments.
Please note, any interest paid towards the instalments is non-refundable.
Afterpay:
If the AfterPay plan has yet to be finalised, the plan will be adjusted from the final instalments in reverse, so no refund will be issued if there are outstanding instalments.
If the plan has been paid in full, a refund will be issued by Afterpay within 2-5 business days.
Klarna:
If the Klarna plan is yet to be finalised, the refund will be evenly distributed across the remaining instalments.
If the plan has been paid in full, a refund will be issued by Klarna within 2-5 business days.
Zip Pay:
Once processed, customers can expect their refund to be received to their Zip Pay account within 2-5 business days.
