CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND VIA AFTERPAY, KLARNA OR ZIP?Updated 3 days ago

Yes! All standard refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

We recommend logging into your Afterpay, Klarna or Zip account to view the final plan adjustments. 

Please note that any interest paid towards the instalments is non-refundable.

Afterpay: 

If your Afterpay plan is yet to be finalised, it will be adjusted from the final instalments in reverse, so no refund will be issued if you have outstanding instalments.

If your plan was paid in full, a refund will be issued by Afterpay within 2-5 business days.

Klarna: 

If your Klarna plan is yet to be finalised, the refund will be evenly distributed across your remaining instalments.

If the plan has been paid in full, a refund will be issued by Klarna within 2-5 business days.

Zip: 

Once processed, you can expect to receive a refund to your Zip account within 2-5 business days.
