Exchanges & instant refunds are processed based on return tracking events, so we recommend sending each order back separately with its respective return label.

Standard refund & gift card returns

Multiple standard refund and gift card returns can be included in one parcel. Be sure to book all items for return here and include a copy of each order number. Only one return label deduction will apply.

New Zealand:

If you have multiple return bookings, you will be prompted to combine the return labels at the final stage of booking your return. 

When combining all returns in one parcel, rest assured, only one return fee will apply at the time of processing. If your return includes a refund and a gift card, no label deduction will apply.
