After you hit submit on your review, our team looks over your feedback and makes sure everything that can be actioned is. If your review qualifies, you’ll see it live on our site within 3 months.

WHY WASN'T MY REVIEW POSTED?

If, after 3 months, your review has not been published, this could be due to a few factors, including:

HOW DO I EARN REWARD POINTS FOR MY REVIEW?

To earn 10 points for your review, you must be a Princess Polly Rewards member, and your written review must have a photo or video attached. If not already a Rewards member, you're welcome to sign up here!

HOW DO I UPLOAD A PHOTO OR VIDEO REVIEW?

You can attach photos or videos to your written review via the review request email or from the product page on our website. To ensure your photo or video is published along with your written review, we suggest the following:

If your review is published, you’ll find it on the product page towards the bottom of the website. Our review platform is integrated with wholesalers and marketplaces, so your review may also display on Nordstrom, Shop App and TikTok Shop.
