WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER?
Pre-orders ship via Express Shipping only. Same Day Delivery is not available for pre-orders.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your pre-order will ship once your item becomes available. The estimated “ship by” date can be found on the product page and in your confirmation email. Please note, the “ship by” date indicates the latest possible dispatch date, orders may ship soon
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY PRE-ORDER?
You can request to cancel your pre-order or update your address prior to dispatch. Once your pre-order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to make any changes to the order.
ARE PROMOTIONAL CODES ELIGIBLE ON PRE-ORDERS?
Discounts cannot be applied to pre-orders.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF ITEMS I CAN PRE-ORDER?
There is a two-item limit, per size, per customer. Please note, duplicate orders exceeding the two-item, per size limit are subject to cancellation.
