MY GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE ISN'T WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All discount codes exclude sale items, charity capsules, gift card purchases and exchanges. Gift card codes are made up of a combination of 16 letters and numbers. Be sure to copy and paste the code at checkout so all numbers and letters are captured

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT & GIFT CARD CODES?

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, including sale items. Customers can use multiple gift cards in a single order, in addition to redeeming a discount code. To do so, enter each code separately at checkout.

Customers must convert their HER gift card to Princess Polly here. Once converted, an email with a Princess Polly gift card code will be received which can be redeemed at checkout.
